Covid-19 Response Assurance

 

Here is an outline of procedures to keep us all safe.

 

At the point of reservation you will receive all information regarding directions on how to find us, In house information , wifi codes etc, and also information on local amenities ,shops, restaurants local bus information.

 

A check in time must be supplied so we can ensure social distancing. If a self check in is preferred / requested this can be arranged at the point of reservation.

 

Keys are sanitised after every guest and sealed.

 

Sanitisers are available throughout the premises.

 

Frequent hand washing advised.

All rooms are sanitised and sealed. All linen is clinically cleaned.

For best practice we will not enter your room during your stay.

If you require a bin change please tie a knot in your bin and leave outside your door between 9am-11am in the morning only.

If a towel change is requested please inform us at breakfast so we can arrange same.

All requests and information should be made by email to ian  castleview10@hotmail.com.com this will help limit contact.

In the case of an emergency or you feel unwell call my mobile 07747784462 and then contact Local GP on

01340820888.

We must consider all our guests and our family and on that basis we do not facilitate self isolation for guests.

Breakfast will be served between 07:30 - 09:00 

To secure your preferred  breakfast time we advise you to reserve at least the evening before.

 

At Checkout we request that all bins are tied and that all windows are left opened.

 

Keys should be placed in room door on departure.

We cannot store luggage after departure time 10:00 am or before check in time 14:00

  • Please stay in room until you have arranged location for self isolation if required.

  • Before departure tie a knot in the bin bag in your room.

  • Place all linens in Laundry bag provided and secure closed.

  • Open windows for ventilation.

  • Please advise of arrival time so we can ensure social distancing

  • All check in times must be requested and then accepted at the time of reservation.

  • Information in relation to contract tracing must be supplied by all guests.

  • Check in can take place between the hours 16:00-20:00 an approximate arrival time during this time is essential.

  • Please ensure you fill in the registration form which will be sent to you 7 days before your arrival , this is to ensure we meet the regulations for contact tracing should you become unwell during your stay.

  • After key collection guests can enter their accommodation and avail of the complimentary Tea and Coffee 

  • We ask guests to be mindful of social distancing within the B&B

Guest Rooms and Public Area Cleaning Protocol

 


 

      Cleaning Protocols for Guest Rooms and Public Areas

 

  • All public areas are cleaned with Sanitiser twice daily.

  • All hot spots are sanitised twice daily ie. Light switches, Door Handles , Bannister's, Hand rails, Surfaces, Keys, Tea and Coffee area.

  • All sanitising stations cleaned and stocked daily

  • All Guest rooms are sanitised and sealed before guest arrival. All hot spots in room are sanitised as well as soft furnishings. Keys and remote controls are  sanitised and sealed. Hairdryers are also sanitised. Linen is clinically cleaned.

  • Each room will also contain its own and sanitiser.

  • Unless requested we will not enter the guest rooms during your stay.

  • Please request a towel change  during breakfast service if required .

  • Please tie knot in bin if a change is needed place out side of bedroom door between 09:30-10:30 am

  • Please open windows for ventilation
